Mercedes C63S AMG Edition One Gets ARMYTRIX Race Downpipes Installed – MR-Chiptech Tuning

The all new C63s coupe is one tough German sports coupe. The W205 has improved its engine configuration for its AMG models, which actually lowered the displacement. The old 6.2L was amazing for sound, and raw N/A power, but is no match for the new M177/M178 replacement. They went for a 4.0L v8 which has a twin turbo set up (BiTurbo). This allowed for increased power and better fuel economy. More importantly for enthusiasts, more opportunity for POWER!

ARMYTRIX got the ball rolling quickly, developing a cat back exhaust system for this vehicle and race downpipes. Porsche 991 GT3 RS With ARMYTRIX Header-Back Exhaust System – JP Performance

JP Performance has been doing some amazing things with ARMYTRIX Exhaust systems. There are quite a few videos now showing off a variety of vehicles with exhaust systems installed. Previously we talked about the Focus RS that had recently been fitted with a cat-back system, but now we are going complete race-car with a new Porsche GT3 RS installation.

The GT3 RS is the ultra high performance, race track ready, version of the Porsche 911. This vehicle is equipped with a 4.0 flat 6 engine and tons of weight saving measures. This equates to a light, balanced vehicle with plenty of naturally aspirated power under the hood (Or trunk for that matter). In order to improve performance on this vehicle, you must reduce weight and increase power. That is exactly what the TI ARMYTRIX exhaust system offers for this vehicle.

The construction of this new exhaust system is full titanium (duh) and includes all parts for a header-back installation. This exhaust not only increases exhaust flow, it is also lighter than the OEM unit. You will see gains of up to 19hp and 15 FT-LB of torque and weight savings of almost 20lbs. These figures are substantial in such a light weight vehicle. As always you have full control of the exhaust note via the remote / application which adjusts valve position.

Neon Yellow MK3 Focus with ARMYTRIX Exhaust System – From JP Performance

The Mk3 Ford Focus has been one of the most talked about tuner vehicles this year. Equipped with standard AWD and a 2.3L Turbocharged ecoboost engine, Ford was gunning for the big names in the industry. The vehicle comes very potent in stock form, but they are oozing with potential. With simple bolt on modifications you are able to dramatically increase horsepower numbers and drivability.

One of the best performance modifications for this vehicle is a full turbo-back exhaust system. This will allow for quicker turbo spool by eliminating restrictions and improving flow. The ARMYTIX exhaust system for this vehicle features full 3″ tubing throughout which helps expel exhaust gasses quickly and efficiently. The valvetronic system incorporates an electronic butterfly valve which controls the exhaust noise.

Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 With a Titanium ARMYTRIX Valvetronic Exhaust System
